Benjamin begins 2017 on the front cover of Classical Music Magazine's January Issue. He spoke to Jessica Duchen about his recent New York Philharmonic piano prize, as well as his approach to his career, music, and life in general. Jessica commented:
"Grosvenor's prodigy days are long gone: he is now an international artist, functioning alongside legendary pianists two or three times his age ... At heart, he is still an unworldly lad for whom music comes first and matters of 'career' further back than second"
Benjamin is currently preparing for concerts in Germany and Switzerland before returning to the UK to perform Brahms' first piano concerto for his London Symphony Orchestra debut (The Barbican, 26th February).
